For everyone having to learn new skill sets, Amazon offers a great variety of books. This is one of them. It has been very useful in emphasizing what I already know and helping me learn what I didn’t quite understand. A real good refresher of information if you took an IH course through the National Safety Council (NSC).
Amazons ‘look inside feature’ really helped me in purchasing this book . Being able to see the chapter content made a big difference on which title to choose. In addition, if you shop around, you will find that amazon has some of the best prices on these types of books.
